How to get a Replacement Netspend Card
Here are the steps on how to get a replacement Netspend Card.
Step 1 – Login to Netspend Account
You can request a replacement card online. Here’s how:
2. Locate My Prepaid Cards and click the link My Account located underneath it.
3. Select the option Report Card Lost Stolen.
4. When presented with the option to order a replacement card, follow the prompts to order your Netspend replacement prepaid debit card.
Note: there is a $3.95 fee to get a replacement card if your Netspend card is lost, stolen or damaged.
Step 2 – Choose your shipping preference
You have a choice of how fast you want your replacement card shipped.
Option 1 – If you select Free Standard Shipping:
Your replacement Netspend card will be shipped for free using USPS first class mail.
The card will arrive in 7-10 business days and there is no tracking for this mail.
Option 2 – If you select Free Standard Shipping:
For a $20.00 fee, you get expedited shipping through UPS Carrier Delivery.
With this option, your replacement Netspend card will arrive in 3 business days.
Alternatively, you can pay a fee of $25 to receive your card in 1-2 business days.
The $20 or $25 fee charged is in addition to the Replacement Card Fee (which is $3.95).
Step 3 – Confirm and Submit your Request
Next, select Continue to confirm your card replacement request and then submit your request.
