The Walmart MoneyCard is a reloadable, prepaid debit card that can be used everywhere Debit MasterCard or Visa debit cards are accepted in the U.S.

One of the best perks of the MoneyCad is the cash back rewards. You can earn 3% cash back at, 2% cash back at Murphy USA and Walmart fuel stations, and 1% cash back at Walmart stores. Your cashback rewards are capped at $75 per year.

The Walmart MoneyCard offers free direct deposit. In addition, you can load your card at Walmart stores and through the MoneyPak network at stores.

MoneyPak can be found at CVS, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Kroger, Rite Aid, Safeway, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and Walmart.

Free Cash Withdrawals: With your Walmart MoneyCard, you can withdraw cash for free at over 5,000 Walmart Money Center Express nationwide or at Walmart cash registers at any Walmart store.

CashBack: Earn 3% Cash Back at, 2% Cash Back at Walmart/Murphy USA fuel stations, and 1% Cash Back at Walmart stores, up to $75 each year.

Additional Accounts: Open additional MoneyCard accounts for your family at no extra charge. Perfect for teens or other family members to manage their money.

Mobile Check Deposits: You can deposit a check written out to you into your MoneyCard account using the MoneyCad Mobile Mobile check deposit feature. There is no fee for this service and the money becomes available to you within 5 business days.

Fees Summary

Card Purchase Fee: $1

Monthly Fee: $5. The monthly fee is waived when you load $1,000 or more to your card each month.

Reload Fee: Up to $5.95.

Purchases: No fees.

ATM withdrawals: There is no fee when you withdraw cash at Walmart MoneyCenters and Customer Service desks, otherwise, there is a $2.50 fee for each ATM withdrawal, plus any fee charged by the ATM operator, even if you do not complete a transaction.

There is also a $2.50 fee for withdrawing cash at a bank teller.
