Bluebird Card Login

Here are the steps you need to take to log in to your Bluebird account.

Step 1 – Visit the Bluebird Website

The first step to login into your Bluebird account is to visit the Bluebird website. Click here to be taken there.

Once there, click on the “Log In” link at the top of the page as shown in the image below.

Step 2 – Enter Login Information

You will then be taken to a page that looks like the one below.

Once there, enter your username and password and click on “Log In” as shown below:

Next, you will be asked to answer a security question to make sure you are indeed the owner of the account.

This is the security question you selected when you signed up for the account.

Only you should know what questions you selected and the answer to those questions.

After you successfully answer the security question, you will be taken to your Bluebird account page, as shown below.

Retrieve Bluebird Username and Password Reset

Here’s how to retrieve your Bluebird account username and password.

First, click on the “Forgot my username or password” link, as shown by the arrow in the image below.

Next, enter your Bluebird card number (15 digit number) and four-digit security code on the front of the card.

Once you enter the requested information, you will see your Bluebird username displayed as shown by the arrow below.

You can then proceed to enter your password and log in to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, then click on the “Forgot my password” link as shown below.

You will be asked to pick one of two ways to retrieve your password:

Option 1 – they can send you a verification email to your email address on file, or

Option 2 – you can verify your identity by answering one of the security questions you set up when you signed up for your online account.

Register Bluebird Card

You can register your new card online at Bluebird.com. When you visit the Bluebird site, click on the “Register Your Card” link.

You will be taken to a page where you will be asked if you already have a temporary Bluebird card. Select “Yes” as shown below.

Next, complete the information requested below:

  • 15 digit Card Number
  • 4 digits Security Code in front of your card
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Mailing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Create a Username & Password
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number (This will be used to verify your identity. Bluebird will not check your credit and there is no credit check required to get a card).
  • Create ATM PIN
  • Set up Security Question and Answer

Once you’ve entered all this information, check the box at the bottom to agree to the disclaimers, then click on “Agree and Submit”.

How to Check Bluebird Balance

Here is how to check the balance on your American Express Bluebird card.

First, before you can check the balance on your temporary Bluebird card, you will need the following:

  • Your temporary Bluebird card number (15 digit number)
  • Four-digit security code on the front of the card
